SNL skit mocks sexist Super Bowl ads

I missed the big game/commercial fest last night, but I’m gonna assume that, apart from perhaps a few more feminist moments than usual, this SNL skit, in which Vanessa Bayer stars in a fake Totino’s pizza roll ad and parodies the classic tired Super Bowl commercial formula, is as spot-on as ever.

Before become a full-time journalist, she worked at the National Institute for Reproductive Health. A Minnesota native, she received her B.A. from Carleton College in 2008. After living in Brooklyn, Oakland, and Atlanta, she is currently based in the Twin Cities.
