The Supreme Court opted this morning to remand Gavin Grimm’s case to the Fourth Circuit, in light of Trump rescinding the Obama guidance protecting transgender students.

“Nothing about today’s action changes the law. Title IX and the Constitution protect Gavin and other trans students.”
