Trans fitness vlogger and activist Aydian Dowling is currently leading in a landslide in Men’s Health’s “Ultimate Guy Search.” If he wins the contest — to find a guy who is “fit and fearless, a doer who gives back and leads by example” — he’d become the magazine’s first trans cover model.
