On Sunday, 32 people were killed and 100 injured in a car bombing but because it happened in Turkey and not Paris, the global outcry has been lacking. 

Environmental factors such as pollution now cause about a quarter of deaths globally says the World Health Organization.

West Virginia Governor Earl Ray Tomblin vetoed a bill that will criminalize a medical procedure often used after a miscarriage and during second-trimester abortions, but the state legislature voted to override his veto. The bill will take effect in 90 days.
