New Indian ad turns the spotlight on leering men

I love this simple and effective video. Created by a film school in India to mark the one year anniversary of the Delhi gang rape that sparked international attention around rape culture in the country, the ad shows men leering at women in the street. The lyrics of the song say in Hindi, “Look how you look when you’re looking at me.” And as the men gradually realize when forced to look at their own gazes in the mirror,  the answer is: really effing creepy.
