Contraception kills flowers

Jessica found this amazing graphic on One More Soul, a website dedicated to “fostering God’s plan for love, chastity, marriage, and children.” Click on the image to view its full glory.

Flower infographic

As absurd as the graphic is, understanding the argument against contraception makes it easier to refute. Know your enemy, right?

    Best part: SEXUAL CHAOS!!!!

Uhhh, do they understand that a dandelion is as much a flower as a rose?

Roses smell nice but are prickly and finicky, dandelions are tough, resilient and bloom anywhere.

And remember kiddies, blowing dandelions == euthanasia.

bwhahah, this is hilarious, particularly when you consider how the dandelion is an incredibly healthy food, a rich source of vitamins and minerals! all parts of the dandy can be eaten, and it is so tasty!
(the second link has a story about how this guy got arrested in central park for eating a dandy during an eatable plant walk)

Sexual chaos!! Lust!!! free source of vitamins!!!!

Anyone else notice that “Women’s Health” is on the “Pro-Life” side, while ironically forms of contraception are on the “Anti-Life” side? Apparently the person who put this together is irony-challenged.

I actually prefer dandelions over roses.

But anyway, this, while genuine, really looks like satire. That’s the sad part. “Openness to children” as opposed to selfishness? I guess people who don’t want kids are just greedy, hedonistic, lustful sinners. That’s not a very generous view, is it?

Holy sh*t, I will have to ask my doctor when I can expect to experience homicide, euthanasia, and lethal experimentation (maybe all at the same time?) from my long-term birth control use. Also, wtf is lethal experimentation? Is that like eating a burger at McDonald’s?
