Happy Birthday Syreeta!

Syreeta McFadden is one our newest contributors and in just a short time she’s already made a huge impact.  In addition to being an incredible photographer and teacher, she contributes great newsworthy tips in the back end and produces thoughtful and sharp analysis on the site.  Her post this week on the slut-shamy coverage of the Petreaus scandal is worth a read.  She also contributes excellent pieces on art, culture and even black hair.  We could not be more excited that she’s a part of our team.  Happy Birthday Syreeta!
