Angles On Consent

Hey Feministers, looking for some ideas/advice.  I’m writing an essay about perspectives on consent and how they can change depending on the situation.  When two people interact in a straightforward manner, one person wants, and the other person either also wants or does not.  The variations I’m using so far are:

-The effect of sobriety (rather, its lack) on consent

-Consent as impacted by coercion

-The Yes Means Yes idea of enthusiastic consent (this is to explain a more optimal type of consent and then contrast it with the other two, which are often sketchy even by the barest consent standards)

These are all pretty major and obvious, and I can make it work with just these three.  But I was wondering if anybody else has additional ideas I might be able to explore.

Thanks.
