Obama signs Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Repeal

This morning, President Obama signed into law the repeal of the 17-year old discriminatory military policy Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell. He stated, “No longer will tens of thousands of Americans in uniform be asked to live a lie.”

While it will actually be a couple of months before the repeal goes into effect, this is one historic day of DADT’s end.
