Not amused.

This is from last week, but I always get happy when I see female politicians calling folks out on their sexist bullshit. During a “townterview” in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan last week, just moments after she was talking to a young female lawyer about the fact that she’ll have to deal with sexist colleagues who will notice what she’s wearing, the moderator took it upon himself to ask:

MODERATOR 1: Okay. Which designers do you prefer?

SECRETARY CLINTON: What designers of clothes?

MODERATOR 1: Yes.

SECRETARY CLINTON: Would you ever ask a man that question? (Laughter.) (Applause.)

MODERATOR 1: Probably not. Probably not. (Applause.)
