From Sen. Saxby Chambliss’ office: “All f*ggots must die”

PhotobucketWow. If Senate GOPers blocking a repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell yesterday wasn’t crappy enough news, might as well throw some salt in the wound, right? An anonymous commenter visited Joe. My. God. after he posted on the DADT repeal block to offer some wisdom:

“All F*ggots Must Die.”

How lovely. In fact, Joe’s readers found it so charming that they decided to do some digging and found the IP address of that commenter led to an office in Atlanta that houses both Sen. Saxby Chambliss’ (R-GA) and Sen. Johnny Isakson’s (R-GA) staff. After it was confirmed by Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Jim Galloway that the comment was, in fact, sent from Chambliss’ office, Chambliss’ spokesperson sent out a statement saying the allegations are noted and they’re”moving quickly” to find the facts, after which they will take “the appropriate steps.”

Those “appropriate steps” better include firing someone’s bigoted ass.
