Help A Next Generation Blogger!

Hello fellow feministas,

I’ve been reading feministing.com for two years now, and it has inspired me to create my own feminist blog, focusing on the next generation of women in the feminist cause.  I am calling it "Feminist 3.5," since I feel like I’m still riding the Third Wave.

Do I qualify as the next generation?  I think so.  I am a 20 year old college student, majoring in Politics with a minor in Women and Gender Studies.  My future goals include running for office, practicing civil rights law, raising a feminist child, finding true love and writing a book.  I was raised by a bunch of 2nd wave feminists, and have had a continuous interest in women’s rights. 

I am currently studying abroad in Prague for a semester, and have some extra time on my hands.  I decided that the most fulfilling outlet I could have would be a blog where I could share my insights about feminism from the perspective of a young woman.  In addition, while I am living in the Czech Republic, I would like to share what I learn about the women of this region. 

What I need is a little help with the technical side of things.  I’m pretty computer capable, but not computer savvy.  What is a good host site that will let me customize my blog without being too complicated?  Maybe sites that have easy-to-use templates?  Any other advice would also be appreciated, I look forward to joining my sisters in the blog world.
