New Law Would Ban Marriages Between People Who Don’t Love Each Other
Because every opportunity to point out the hypocrisy of anti-same sex marriage advocates must be taken.

Fitting because many anti-same sex marriage advocates have crap-ass marriages with no love.

    XD
Ya know, I’m honestly not sure I’d object IRL to such a law. God knows it’s better for the “sanctity” of marriage than heteronormativity.

The one jab that got me was the graffiti painted on the garage door that said “God hates staying together for the kids” (at 1min 29sec in).
Maybe once the kids moved out they could have the free time to rekindle the marriage.
    Who are we to judge?

Kids of parents who stayed together for them certainly have the right to judge.
I’ve never heard anyone say “I’m glad my parents stayed together, even though they clearly hated each other.” I’ve heard a LOT of people say, “God, I would have been so much better off had they just DIVORCED!” Also, they have a lot of trouble understanding loving relationships as a result, because their model of relationships was so awful.
