Pepsi was actually before Coca-Cola in pulling out from ALEC. They stopped being members at the beginning of this year; they had let their membership expire without renewal.

I don’t think you can compare selling books to providing medical health care. Is there a conscious clause for viagra or other sexual-performance drugs? What if the person doesn’t agree with sex or medically enhancing sexual performance? Medical access is already limited for many; this is no where along the lines of book selection at [...]
