I hope somebody challenges the constitutionality of this. Three days looks an awful lot like ”undue burden”, especially in a state with only one provider. These tactics to circumvent the law are deeply upsetting. Three day requirement will only mean women will need to find (and pay) for someplace to stay for three days as well as find three days to get away from work/school. For some women, who can’t tell others they are getting an abortion, three days will be a serious problem.
