i wonder if that includes awarding the mother the child even when she has a drug problem, kicking an honest husband out of his house after a false DV allegation, or arresting the male after HE calls 911 with a bloody nose (see mandatory male arrest law, georgia)
no wonder marriage needs such defense, it wouldnt never last very long for what it is.
