Women tend to be less willing to sacrifice lifestyle over hourly earnings. To claim every disparity in male and female earnings is a result of conspiratorial discrimination implies intellectual laziness.
If a man arrives before and leaves after a woman, he should be paid more per hour and should be more likely to receive a promotion. It’s basic logic, and anyone who does not think with their hormones and emotions like a stereotype should acknowledge this fact.

”We know what the GOP doesn’t want to spend money on: anything that is beneficial for women’s health.”
According to this article, prostate cancer is comparatively underfunded in comparison to breast cancer. It would make logical, rational sense to hold off on any measure to improve women’s health while favoring men’s health until the gap disappears. Not only would it be fair, but it would also save more lives than fixating on women’s health alone.
It seems a bit alarmist, in addition, to generalize the GOP based on the actions of a select few. That would be like me claiming all feminists fear and loathe men based on the writings of Betty Friedan or Andrea Dworkin.

”In other reasons why the prison industrial complex sucks–there are more black men in prison today then there were in slavery.”
Why are so many more black men than black women in prison, do you think? Or white men than black women, for that matter? Why would the patriarchy be more concerned with incarcerating its own constituency than those it oppresses?

  • The problem might be that modern women discount a large portion of the “dating pool.” According to this article , one woman claimed that 50% of the men in her college were not viable for romantic relationships. Hence, the problem could be not that a modern woman’s self esteem is too low, but rather that she considers [...]
