I was blown away by how much technology is used in stalking cases. Over 25% of stalking victims are stalked through instant messaging and email and over 20% are stalked via electronic monitoring like GPS, cell phone, etc. I am doing a presentation about cyberstalking for our local rape victim advocates this month.
