Did anyone else catch this quote in the NYT article: “But with Mr. Strauss-Kahn’s arrest earlier this week and indictment on Thursday on charges that he tried to rape a New York hotel housekeeper”

I thought that he forced her to perform oral sex… isn’t that the definition of actual rape, not just trying?
