so long story short the headline could read “If the Governor of Tennessee signs this bill into law, committing a criminal act against a woman which causes her to suffer a miscarriage will be deemed homicide.”

You could get a judge to rule the first two. There are no laws requiring economists to perform projections or chefs to make certain types of food, they’d probably just get fired.
