…and i’m offended that people are starving in the world, and…well, need I say more? A member of the eating disorder community; are you kidding me. this statement suggests you’ve accepted this state of mind and wear it as a badge of honor. I hope you are just as irrate with the pro-anerexians–those that upchuck their food by choice as a weight loss mechanism–as you are with the halloween store’s creation of this outfit. It galls me that most women with eating disorder are not large women to begin with. Eating disorders start with being overly concerned about weight and body image by women that are not fat in most cases. As a feminist, how can you represent the strength of women when you can’t even conquer loving yourself as you are.
