I am currently on a gap year, living in Paris, France. After interning for two months in a cardiologist’s office, I decided to intern with a plastic surgeon in Istanbul, Turkey. Having spent my whole life in hospitals, whether because of my grandfather or problems of my own, made me strangely want to be a surgeon. I have an unparalleled curiosity, which has led me to become a scientist, a mathematician, a dancer, a pianist, a performer, a journalist, a writer, a lover of languages and an avid reader.
