A Jenny Craig commercial came on today. There was a woman wearing a bikini talking about how sexy she was and how much weight she lost.

Big women are beautiful. Big women are sexy.

Let’s change the focus of dieting, please. Let’s make it about being healthier and feeling good.

When we teach kids about being healthy, we don’t point at fat kids and say they’re ugly.

We shouldn’t do this to adults, either.
