One of the MLK quotes that I always liked was "In the end, we will not remember the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

I visited the King Center last year and bought two postcards with these quotes on them:

I kind of figured someone else would have already put up my favorite MLK quote -- the one I usually use as my sig, in fact -- but I didn't think it would be the first of two posts!

I liked number 9 on war and social programs. Seems like all the presidential candidates want to spend more on improving the military. Some things don't seem to change.

Everyone can be great because everyone can serve.
