38 years at the UN! What an amazing, wonderful accomplishment. She sounds like a truly great woman, in every sense of the word.
OMG, BACK TO CNN COVERING ANNA NICOLE SMITH!!
(not that that is meant to be a diss on how ANS is "unworthy" ... just I wouldn't have heard about Angela King without Feministing. Just a little note about coverage and all.)
I agree with the above poster. All we'll hear about is Anna Nicole, and this situation with her baby, and her multiple partners. You know, things that aren't anyone's business but her's.
Breast cancer seems to be out for the best of us this year.
I'm not very informed on the work Ms. King has done, but she certainly has my gratitude.

Btw Angie, I agree with you about the coverage thing, I feel like there are so many stories I never would have known about if it weren't for Feminsting and other blogs. Also because of my schedule and long commute, I end up getting most of my news online
I had not heard of her before. Thanks for letting us know!
