Halleluiah! Barely a month after the FDA announced they were (once again) delaying the already incredibly long-awaited decision to allow emergency contraception to be sold over-the-counter, Commissioner Lester Crawford has announced his resignation.

Maybe it's just me being paranoid, but does anyone else think that perhaps they changed their replacement of who would head the FDA's Office of Women's Health not because people were outraged that a veterinarian would be in charge of women's health, but because they knew Lester Crawford was going to resign this week (announcing the news on a late Friday afternoon - as he always does)and want to appoint Norris Alderson to the top role????????
