In terrible news for so many undocumented people awaiting deportation relief, the Supreme Court has split 4-4 on Obama’s executive actions to expand DACA and implement DAPA, all but killing any plans to protect millions of undocumented people.

Smh: the Dems held a sit-in yesterday in order to advance a racist, Islamophobic, unethical, and frankly ineffective bill.

Surprising news: over 160 professors signed an open letter condemning world famous ethics professor — and serial sexual harasser — Thomas Pogge.

And today the Supreme Court rejected a challenge to race-conscious admissions in Texas — a big win for affirmative action. (Stay mad and mediocre, Abby.)

An important, necessary read: “We should not make the mistake of conflating lengthier prison terms with the goal of having sexual assaults on campus taken more seriously.”
