Happy birthday Z!

Please join me in wishing our very own Zerlina a HUGE happy birthday!

I guess November is a popular month to be born a badass!

Since Z joined the team over one year ago, she’s brought her unique voice and passion for political issues as well as her prolific tweeting and we are loving every second of it. It was especially crucial to have her with us during the election, when her expertise came especially in handy.

The past year has been huge for her, as her career as a Democratic strategist, TV contributor, soon-to-be-attorney, and writer for The Daily news, Ebony, and the Grio has taken off.

We are so proud and consistently amazed by her achievements, and are sure she will continue on to do amazing things and bring feminism to exciting new spaces.

Happy birthday Zerlina!
