What reaction did DC Comics think they were going to get with this “anatomy-be-damned,” “sub-Maxim” cover for Catwoman #0? I mean, really. It was, after all, just a month ago that the internet was laughing about this brilliant reversal of the tired, sexist “look at my ass” treatment given to female superheros.

    This is an embarrassment to Catwoma fans such as myself. I’m already having a hard time finding graphic novels that don’t feature these kindsof poses, so this is the last thing I wanted to see.

    Also, would it kill them to keep the front of her costume zipped up? I doubt Catwoman would be able to move around without having a wardrobe malfunction.
