Help secure $10,000 for the fight to win the freedom to marry!

The Normal Heart has begun preview performances at the Golden Theater!  Larry Kramer’s seminal 1985 play about the dawn of the AIDS crisis, is finally beating on Broadway. Directed by Joel Grey and George C. Wolfe, the production, which officially opens April 27, stars celebrated Broadway actor-director Joe Mantello as activist Ned Weeks, leading a starry cast that includes Ellen Barkin, John Benjamin Hickey, Lee Pace, Jim Parsons, and Luke Macfarlane.

The community involved in this timeless show, is committed to fighting to address the issues raised in this play.  They have partnered with the Kenneth Cole Foundation to support amfAR, and Trina Turk to support amfAR, HRC, the Actor’s Fund, and Friends in Deed.

The simplest measure, has been taken by Art Meets Commerce, who has pledged $10,000 to Freedom to Marry, the campaign to win the freedom to marry nationwide, if the Normal Heart received 10,000 facebook likes by the shows premiere on April 27th.  So take one second, like the page, and help end discrimination in marriage.
