   Her name is Andrea Gibson. I didn’t learn about her until just recently on the recommendation of someone I think highly of.

    I adore Andrea Gibson. Her work is so powerful. I have the good fortune of living in the same state as she does so I get to see her perform pretty frequently.

    I saw her perform that piece at a Vox Feminista show 2 years ago. It moved me to tears. What a pleasure to see it again.

    Ha, funny. One of the students in Transgeneration is named Andrea Gibson. I wonder if she chose that name because of this woman.

    Wow. I don’t normally de-lurk, but that was amazing. I’ve never heard of this woman, but she brought tears to my eyes. Powerful stuff. I wish I could have been in the audience.
